/ How We Got Here
We started by solving a real problem we saw on factory floors across South Asia โ manual inspection was failing manufacturers everywhere.
A team of engineers frustrated with the state of quality control in South Asian manufacturing. Manual inspection meant 20โ30% defect escape rates. Existing automated vision solutions were prohibitively expensive and rigid. We set out to fix both problems.
CT Garud is deployed on its first automotive tier-1 supplier production line. Weld defect detection goes from 72% (manual) to 100%. Zero customer returns in the following 8 months. The retraining for a new model variant was done by the client's own team in one afternoon.
Pharmaceutical manufacturers in Nepal and India adopt CT Mikha for 100% blister pack inspection at 300 parts per minute. GMP audit trail included out of the box. Zero sampling failures across all go-live deployments.
We release CT Flow Builder โ a drag-and-drop pipeline builder that lets line engineers (not software developers) build and deploy complete multi-camera inspection systems in hours. A plant head in India goes live in 6 hours. That changed everything.

Our R&D team is developing 3D structured light profilers and high-speed stroboscopic systems for demanding surface inspection applications โ pushing detection from 2D to volumetric analysis for complex casting and machined part inspection.
After proving our technology across 10+ industries in South Asia, we're expanding our partner network to Europe and Southeast Asia. Our cost advantage and rapid deployment model transfer directly to these markets โ where the premium for Western vendors is highest.
